Rules and Regulations 

1. Eligibility 

  • This contest is open to residents of Canada, excluding residents of the province of Quebec.  
  • This is a trade promotion and is available to Canadian installing partners only.  
  • Entrants must be of legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. 

2. Contest Period 

  • The contest begins at July 1, 2024 and ends at December 31, 2024 (the “Contest Period”). 

3. How to Enter  

  • To enter the contest, participants must register their purchase on continentalcomfort.com and populate their email in the Dealer/Contractor Email field. 
  • Limit of one entry per qualifying product during the Contest Period. 
  • The list of qualifying products is as stated here. 

4. Prizes

  • The prizes available to be won are:
    • July 1 – September 30, 2024: Win a Hampton Patioflame Table (HAMP2-GY)
    • October 1 – December 31, 2024: Win a Rogue XT 525 BBQ (RXT525PSS-1-A)
    • July 1 – December 31, 2024: A grand prize of $5,000
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

5. Winner Selection and Notification 

  • Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 
  • The draw will take place on or about October 3, 2024, and January 3, 2025. 
  • Potential winners must answer a skill testing question to be declared a winner. 
  • Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 5 days of notification. 
  • If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time period, or fails to comply with these Contest Rules and Regulations, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. 

6. Conditions 

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. 
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

  • The Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other errors or problems in the operation or administration of the contest. 

8. Privacy 

  • By entering the contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the contest and awarding prizes, as well as for any further communication in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. 

9. Governing Law 

  • By entering the contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the contest and awarding prizes, as well as for any further communication in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. 

10. Sponsor 

  • The contest is sponsored by Wolf Steel Ltd, located at 24 Napoleon Road, Barrie, ON, L4M 0G8, Canada.
